  The best Phlebotomy clinic! I have been to many places for blood test but Richlands QML has the best collector! I did not feel anything when she was taking blood sample. The usual collector here is nice and professional. I highly recommend Nora. She is the best!

  The regular phlebotomist here is amazing! Her skills are on high level and very professional with patients. Shes really calming when doing the procedure I did not feel scared whatsoever. I usually get scared and have tiny veins which is hard to find but this woman is remarkable! She found my vein instantly and i did not even feel a thing when she took my blood sample. Thank you Nora! I will come here all the time to get my blood test done from now on.

  Pathologist was warm and welcoming, until she looked at the paperwork and realized the required test were going to take a little longer than the standard. She then advised she did not like doing these sorts of tests as it requires a lot of preparation (Prepping Microscope Slides), This did not bother me too much. However, throughout the process, she proceeded to sigh multiple times and barely spoke, unless about her distaste for the prep process.
  I know for a fact that it was not 'just a bad day', because I could hear from the waiting room, how lovely she was to the previous patient, carefully explaining everything to him. When we were done, she just said 'you can go'. no explanation as to when the blood results will be ready, or anything about aftercare or what to do, etc.
  
  Nobody likes getting blood work done, and it is upsetting that the experience is made even more uncomfortable. We're just trying to figure out if we are dying, and you are annoyed about something that is your job.

  This lady is God sent. I have small veins and she was so patient and calming. I have found my pathology lab. Her people skills are excellent. My whole experience with her was A plus. Recommend her to anyone who has needle fears.
